Sachse Nail Bar operates as a nail salon and mini bar in Sachse. Appointments are preferred, and the salon is open Monday to Friday from 9:30am to 7:30pm, Saturdays from 9am to 7pm, and Sundays from 11am to 5:30pm. Complimentary drinks are offered during a visit.

The menu is broad. Manicures and pedicures run from a basic classic option up to spa-style services. The Classic Manicure ($20) includes nail care, cuticle removal, an 8-minute massage and a choice of polish. The Deluxe Manicure ($35) adds an aromatic mud mask wrap, paraffin, a hot stone massage and a choice of aroma, while the Golden Mystique Manicure ($45) uses a paraffin and gold mud mask, hot stone massage and gold body butter. Pedicures scale up in the same way, from the Classic Pedicure ($30) through the Happy, Deluxe, Organic Dream Spa, Collagen, Jelly and Golden Mystique options, with the CBD Pedicure ($88) the most extensive at a 35-minute foot and shoulder massage.

Nail enhancements include acrylic full sets and fills, Solar Pink and White options, dipping powder in color or French finishes, gel color changes and gel polish add-ons. Extras such as chrome, ombre, French finishes, nail designs and nail repair are priced separately, several starting at a set amount. Eyelash extensions are offered as full sets and refills, with removal available, and brow and lash tinting and a waxing menu cover face, body and bikini areas. Prices on the menu are listed as starting points where marked, and some services are priced by length or add-on.
