The Classic includes a foot soak, trimming and shaping, cuticle care, a heel buff, warm towels, and lacquer polish. The Deluxe at $45 uses a pomegranate-scented soak and adds callus treatment, a pomegranate masque, a massage, and a warm towel wrap. The Signature at $59 is built around aloe vera, a sugar scrub, a masque, paraffin wax, a massage, and a hot towel wrap. The Rejuvenate at $69 uses a rose soak and a sugar scrub with orange slices, then adds a rose masque, paraffin, a hot candle massage, hot stone therapy, and a towel wrap. Clients with pedicure health conditions, such as sensitive skin, blood disorders, diabetes, or use of blood thinners, are asked to tell staff before the service. Appointments are recommended and walk-ins are welcome. Hours are Monday to Friday 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM, Saturday 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and Sunday 10:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with the last customer taken 45 minutes before closing. Cancellations need at least 3 hours' notice and are handled by phone. Clients are asked to arrive 10 minutes early; a 10-minute grace period applies, and arrivals beyond 15 minutes may mean a shortened or rescheduled service. A deposit is required after repeated short-notice cancellations or three missed appointments. Complimentary repairs are offered within 10 days for chipping, lifting, or peeling; after that, repairs cost $5 per nail for acrylic or builder gel and $7 per nail for Gel-X tips, plus $5 per nail with design. Refunds are not issued after leaving, so any complaint should be raised before payment. Children must be supervised at all times, pets are not allowed except official service animals, and phones are asked to stay on silent.
