Every visit starts with an in-person consultation that includes a skin and facial structure analysis. Consultations take the client's budget and downtime availability into account. The practice recommends starting with a consultation unless the client has been seen there before, and in most cases a consultation and treatment can be done on the same day. Prices for listed treatments are published on the price list.

The menu is organized into wrinkle relaxers, filler, biostimulators, skin treatments, and hair loss treatments. Wrinkle relaxers come in Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, and Daxxify, for concerns ranging from forehead lines and crow's feet to TMJ clenching and excessive sweating. Biostimulators include Sculptra, Radiesse, SkinVive, and PRF-based treatments.

The practice also treats melasma and acne, and offers virtual acne treatments through the PUSH health office for patients in New York and New Jersey. Hair loss care includes PRF hair treatment, exosome microneedling, and compounded serums customized after consultation.

Expected downtime varies by treatment. Filler swelling and bruising usually settle around 14 days, and makeup and workouts are not recommended for 24 hours afterward. VI Peels bring about 10 days of downtime, with most peeling on days 3 to 5, and microneedling about one week of redness, dryness, and light peeling. VI Peels are usually done as a series of 3 to 5 sessions four weeks apart, followed by maintenance peels every 4 to 6 months as needed. Sclerotherapy usually takes 3 to 5 sessions about a month apart, and compression garments are required for it. Gift cards are available, and the practice accepts Alle, Xperience+, and Aspire loyalty programs. Referrals earn both the referrer and the new client a $100 credit toward a future service once the new client has had treatment.

Treatment is restrained and strategic, aiming to balance the face as a whole with respect to natural features, and the practice refers clients to other providers or surgeons for treatments it does not offer.
