Treatments are chosen for each visit based on how the skin looks that day rather than being run from a fixed protocol. The studio assesses the skin at every appointment and adjusts the plan accordingly. It states its treatments are not one-size-fits-all and are not rushed or trend-driven. New clients are usually steered toward the Signature Facial, which includes a skin assessment, a review of concerns and guidance on home care, or toward the three-visit Skin Essentials Series designed for first-time clients.

The menu runs from Signature, Wellness, Clarifying, Dermaplaning and Microderm facials to clinical options such as LuminFusion, Cell Story, Resurfacing Facial, Corrective Peels and Advanced Corrective Treatments. Advanced services include Procell Microchanneling, Infused Microchanneling, Advanced Peel Protocols, Procell with Exosomes and Combination Corrective Protocols. Microneedling starts at $295 per treatment, with a three-session series at $825 and a three-session Plus version with an advanced booster at $1,320. Individual Procell treatments start at $295, and the Procell Renewal Series is offered as Core, Signature and Advanced options. A Level III Advanced Peel starts at $295 and needs a professional assessment before it can be scheduled.

Wellness massages run 60, 75 or 90 minutes at $129, $149 and $179, and each includes aromatherapy at no extra charge. Add-on enhancements include hot stones, Himalayan salt stones, deep tissue work and 15 to 30 minute assisted stretch therapy. Monthly memberships are month-to-month with no joining fee or long-term contract, and unused credits roll over to the next month. Members may share treatment credits with a friend or family member up to twice per calendar year. Booking is by appointment only, and an appointment is not confirmed until the reservation is completed. Current hours are Monday 11 AM to 3 PM, Tuesday to Friday 12 PM to 3 PM and Saturday 10 AM to 1 PM, with Sunday closed.

Treatments are planned for each visit from an assessment of how the skin presents that day, not from a fixed protocol. The studio recommends professional visits every four to six weeks for most clients, combined with home care between appointments.
