Nail services include polish changes in regular and gel form, gel and dip removal, acrylic, builder gel and Gel-X sets, and fills. Add-ons include paraffin wax, a 10 or 20 minute massage, callus treatment, shiny buffing and length. Spa manicures and pedicures come in tiers: a three-step classic version, a seven-step Refresh version, an eight-step signature version and a nine-step Pamper Me version. Special spa options built around CBD with hemp seed oil, red wine foot baths, and 24K gold each include a massage.

The facial menu includes charcoal and multi-layer detox options, hydration facials using KBPure, a DMK enzyme detox, a chemical peel that requires a consultation first, and facials for mild and severe acne. Other options cover glass skin, 24K gold, a vitamin C and brightening facial, and a back treatment. Facial packets of five or eight are discounted 10% or 15%, are valid for one year from purchase, and cannot be transferred or combined with other promotions.

Head spa treatments run from a 30-minute Refresh service to a 105-minute scalp-focused Elite Scalp service. Add-ons include a scalp exfoliation, a face mask, a steam hair treatment and a blow dry with a flat brush. Waxing covers body areas from toes to full back and full legs, as well as face areas and a full-face option. Lash services include classic, Clover 3D, hybrid, dramatic and mega sets, with fills at two, three and four weeks, lash lifts and lash removal. Brow tint, brow lamination and a combined tint and lamination are also offered.

The salon says it sterilizes its tools in a Tuttnauer autoclave, which it claims eliminates bacteria, viruses and fungi. Guests can order tea, Vietnamese coffee, soft drinks, bottled water and wine, and wine is limited to guests 21 and older with valid ID. Deposits are $25 for head spa, facial and eyelash bookings, and nail groups of three or more need a deposit starting at $50. Changes require at least 24 hours' notice; a shorter-notice change incurs a fee taken from the deposit, and deposits are non-refundable.
