Appointments are made online through the business's scheduling system, and a valid credit or debit card is needed to reserve a time. The card is not charged at booking. Clients are asked to keep their contact details accurate so that delays and cancellations are avoided, and only guests who are being serviced and hold their own booked appointment may come along.

The menu covers a wide range of hair work. Natural styles include wash-n-go and twist styling, locs maintenance, and flexi-rod sets. Chemical and straightening services include relaxers, smoothing treatments and silk press styling. For braids, sew-in installs and sew-in maintenance, and for wigs, the business offers both drop-off and install options. Short and pixie cuts, half up half down styles and ponytail or bun styles are also available, along with services that do not include a style.

Keratin treatments, tape-ins and microlink installs all require a one-on-one consultation first.
