A deposit is required at booking and is non-refundable, though it can move to a new appointment if the client reschedules at least 24 hours ahead. New clients pay a $15 deposit for most lash services and a $5 deposit for Brow Wax & Tint. Cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead carry a 25% fee, and a no-show is charged 50% of the service fee. Arriving 15 minutes or more late costs $10 and may shorten the service or require a new time. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 and must be approved before the appointment.

Lash designs are tailored to each client, using premium supplies, with options from soft and natural to bold and voluminous.
