RVC Medical operates in Issaquah under the name Concierge Medicine and Aesthetics by Reinier Van Coevorden, M.D. The office is in Suite 204 at 1301 4th Avenue NW. From the second-floor elevators, it is the first office on the left after turning the corner. Parking is free, the space is wheelchair accessible, and it is open weekdays from 8 AM to 6 PM.

The concierge side is built around membership. The individual plan is $200 per month for one adult, the family plan is $300 per month for two or more people in the same household, and the Family+ plan is $400 per month for immediate family plus two external family members. Six-month and annual billing are available. Members get 24/7 direct access to the doctor, same-day or next-day office visits, and video appointments. Care covers routine check-ups and physicals, blood pressure, diabetic and thyroid care, asthma, dermatological treatment, weight loss, and anxiety and depression management.

Aesthetic services include injectables for wrinkles and fillers for lips and facial volume, Kybella for fat under the chin, and Latisse for thinning eyelashes, which the practice says is the only FDA-approved prescription treatment for that concern. Facial threading uses MINT, a molded PDO thread, to lift targeted areas. Microneedling with PRP is offered for fine wrinkles, scars, uneven texture and tone, sun discoloration, broken capillaries and large pores. Body sculpting includes SculpSure, a non-invasive laser that destroys targeted fat cells with no cuts, marks or downtime, with sessions of about 25 minutes. According to the practice, SculpSure reduces up to 24% of treated fat per treatment based on an average MRI measurement, and it describes the treatment as completely pain-free. Most patients notice results after two treatments, though some notice them after one, and results may appear as early as six weeks with optimal results typically at 12 weeks. SculpSure is not for people who are pregnant or breastfeeding. SmartLipo, a laser lipo treatment, uses a tiny fiber placed under the skin to melt targeted fat cells. PRP hair restoration uses the patient's own platelet-rich plasma, prepared from their blood and applied to the scalp, and is suited to male pattern baldness, thinning hair and female hair loss; results are expected to begin within three months, with hair looking thicker over the following six months. The practice describes its aesthetic treatments as state-of-the-art and offers them to adults of all ages and body types.

Skin care is provided through SENTÉ products, which are based on Heparan Sulfate Analog (HSA) technology. The practice describes HSA as a patented ingredient found only in SENTÉ products. The range offered includes Illumine Eye Cream, Dermal Contour Pressed Serum, Complete Bio Serum and Dermal Repair Cream. Complimentary skin care consultations are available with the SENTÉ Skin Care Specialist and carry no obligation to buy anything. The practice states it will not share information submitted when booking a consultation.
