The work spans everyday hair services, brow and lash treatments, bridal and bridesmaid hair and makeup, special occasion styling, and theater and film makeup and hair design.

Bridal hair and makeup must include a trial beforehand, and a mother's trial is offered at no charge. Bridal pricing covers travel on the wedding day, and an additional travel fee starting at $100 applies when the wedding is outside Santa Clarita.

For theater and film, Ruth has designed stage makeup and hair for more than 60 productions over about 20 years, and has worked alongside costume and beauty professionals in movies and television. Character and creature looks made with special effects are part of that work. Makeup parties for pre-teens, teens and adults need a $25 non-refundable deposit, which is applied to the total cost.

Donors of at least 12 inches of virgin hair to Wigs for Kids receive a free haircut, and any money paid goes toward the cost of processing the hair.
