Every visit starts with a consultation, which is complimentary with Maira, and the treatment plan is confirmed before anything is done. Treatments are priced by area rather than by unit or syringe, and the price is confirmed at the consultation. A $50 booking deposit applies to the treatment, and appointments are booked online through the booking provider. Consultations are available in English and Spanish.

Crow's feet is listed at $300. Forehead and glabella (11s) is listed at $450 and takes about 30 minutes. Full upper face is listed at $725 and takes about 45 minutes. Forehead and glabella and crow's feet treatments include a 2-week check with Maira.

Hours are Tuesday to Thursday 10am to 5pm, Friday 11am to 7pm, and Saturday 10am to 3pm, with the practice closed on Sunday and Monday.
