The studio does not take phone calls. A manicure is planned to take 1.5 hours at most, including French tips.
Gel color is placed near the cuticle, which helps keep new growth from standing out between visits. The studio suggests booking a fresh appointment every three to four weeks, and recommends using cuticle oil and moisturizer on hands and feet every day.
Every tool is sterilized with a Barbicide soak, ultrasonic cleaning and then an autoclave. Cancellations or reschedules made 24 or more hours ahead are free; later cancellations carry a fee of 20% of the service price. Appointments running more than 15 minutes late are cancelled with the same fee, and late arrivals can be reported by Instagram message. A loyalty card gives $20 off the fifth visit, and a golden ticket offers up to 50% off the next visit.
Work is done dry, without soaking, using fine e-file bits on the cuticles, with gel placed close to the cuticle so regrowth is less visible.
