The studio specializes in Russian manicures, with dry, no-polish versions alongside hard gel and gel color work. Gel and non-gel pedicures are also offered, and the services list includes gel polish or hard gel removal on its own.

Visits are by appointment. A card is needed to hold a booking but is not charged when booking. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice; later cancellations or missed appointments carry a 50% fee. Payments are accepted, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

Some work is outside the scope of these services. Removal of acrylic, dip powder or Gel-X extensions is not included. Nail art, French, chrome and other designs are not part of gel prices and are added at booking.
