Appointments can be booked online through the salon's website. The salon is open Tuesday and Thursday from 12:00 to 6:00 pm, and Wednesday and Friday from 12:00 to 5:00 pm, and is closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday.

Color work covers root retouches, all-over color with or without a cut, and retouches with a few partial highlights. Highlights come in partial and full options, with or without a cut, and are sized by the number of foils. Teen cuts and teen highlights are offered for younger clients.

Tape-in extensions are installed for about two hours, and the salon also removes existing tape-ins. First-time extension clients must book a consultation before their installation, and clients bring their own hair for the extensions. Color consultations are free and last about 30 minutes, giving clients time to talk through the color and style that suits them.

Brow and lip waxing is available on its own or together, and the salon offers thermal styling and shampoo styles to finish a visit.
