Rubyx.nails is a nail and beauty business with a main location on Blackshire Path in Inver Grove Heights and a second location on South Robert Street in Saint Paul.

Nail work is the core of the business. Acrylic overlays add a layer to natural nails without extension, and acrylic full sets are offered in short, medium, long and XL+ lengths. GelX soft gel full sets, with one solid color in the base price, are offered in short, medium and long lengths. Acrylic fills and structured gel manicure fills are available only on work the business has done itself, and are priced by the work.

Manicures range from a regular soft gel manicure on natural nails to a structured gel manicure, which uses a thick builder gel for hard gel extension. Pedicures run from a dry pedicure with cuticle care and polish, through a classic pedicure with a salt soak, callus care and a foot massage, up to a deluxe spa pedicure that adds a scrub, clay mask, hot towels and a longer massage. Gel polish or acrylic can be added to pedicures for longer wear.

Makeup and hair are offered for everyday wear and for events. Options include light natural makeup, medium to full glam makeup, and hairstyling. Special event packages cover makeup only, hairstyle only, and a combined hair and makeup option for quince and wedding bookings, where the final price is set after an in-person consultation. The special event inquiry form asks whether the client wants a trial before the event. Hair pieces are available to rent or buy.

Some practical points for clients: the business states it is not accepting new clients. Squeeze-in appointments and appointments before or after regular hours carry a $30 additional fee.
