The natural manicure menu runs from a short classic service with a soak, trim, shaping, cuticle care, hand massage and regular polish, to longer options such as the Deluxe, Tropical Paradise and Golden Mystic manicures. Those longer services add citrus or lavender scrubs, masks, hot towels, hot stones and, in the Golden Mystic, a 24K gold scrub and mask.

The pedicure menu is the largest part of the price range, from a Classic Pedicure at $38 up to a Champagne and Rose Pedicure at $120. Several options include paraffin wax, steamers, hot stone foot massage and mask work. The Ultimate Jelly Pedicure uses a gelatin-based soak, and the Milk and Honey and Organic Herbal versions use their own scrubs and creams. Every pedicure is done with liner protection.

For nail enhancements, the salon offers acrylic, dip powder, BIAB (Builder In A Bottle), TAP gel, GEL-X, and liquid gel, with fill-in and full-set options and designs such as ombre, French, chrome and cateye. GEL-X is a press-on method that bonds the tip to the nail with LED-activated gel and needs no filling. Clients can add extras such as length, shaping, nail repair, and glow-in-the-dark or chrome finishes.

Group bookings without specific technicians can be made online by noting the number of guests in the Optional Notes field. Group bookings with specific technicians, long nails or complex nail designs, and any appointment changes or cancellations are handled by phone. Clients can choose Anyone or a specific technician when booking online, though technician availability may change a booking. Waxing is available for the face and body, and the salon also offers hand and foot services for children aged 10 and under.

The salon uses single-use buffers and files that are discarded after each client, never reuses paraffin wax, and protects every pedicure with liners.
