Pricing is organized in tiers. A classic manicure or pedicure covers the basics, with cut, file and shape, and cuticle care for hands; the classic pedicure adds a sugar scrub, gentle foot file, hot towel and massage. The signature tier adds a hydration mask and callus removal, and the spa tier adds paraffin wax on top of that. Gel versions of each tier are priced separately. Regular nail polish is included with a service, and gel or dipping is the better choice when color needs to last several days.

Add-ons include ombre, nail art, French polish, nail repair (free within a week), nail clipping, paraffin treatment, and acrylic removal. Princess services for children under 10 include a cut, file and shape along with polish options.

The salon asks clients to book in advance, online through a Fresha booking page, and says that booking ahead helps match each client with the right technician, since technicians have different skills. A credit card is requested at booking but not charged then. Cancellations need at least 24 hours of notice; a later cancellation or reschedule carries a fee of half the reserved services, and clients more than 15 minutes late cannot be accommodated, with a no-show fee equal to the service cost. Gift cards are sold online in set amounts or a custom amount. Tips are accepted in cash, and nail technicians also accept Venmo. An ATM is on site with a $1 fee.
