Ayme Austin owns and runs the business and has more than 35 years of experience in skincare. Ruby Glo, the home-use product line, was formulated and launched in 2010, and the salon describes it as a simple, effective way to make skin glow.

Facials are the core of the menu. The Mack treatments are the signature series, ranging from a single dermaplane or microdermabrasion session up to a deluxe option with serums, oxygen and dermaplaning, and a five-session package with one free treatment is also offered. Shorter options include a classic Euro-style facial with massage, a treatment for blemished skin that uses high frequency and an LED panel, a Ruby Glo signature facial, and a Jessner or glycolic peel with a consultation available.

Beyond skin, the salon offers microblading at $400 with a free consultation, and an upper lash line enhancement at $200. Both semi-permanent makeup services include a free follow-up four to six weeks later. Waxing, brow and lash tinting, and teeth whitening are priced individually and in combinations. Hair and makeup for events is priced from set starting points, with a travel fee for hair and makeup.

Treatments are tailored with custom exfoliation and serums, and devices such as LED light and microcurrent are added where a particular treatment includes them.
