The massage menu includes Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, Dessert Stone massage with warm stones, Himalayan salt stone massage, prenatal massage customized for expectant mothers, sports massage using vigorous strokes, stretching and friction, and Ruby's Signature Massage. Lymphatic services include Manual Lymphatic Massage using the Vodder technique and Brazilian Lymphatic Massage, each 90 minutes for $160. A Hand Rejuvenation Treatment (30 minutes, $115) is described by the spa as addressing wrinkles, sun damage, sun spots, redness and dryness. Cupping Therapy is offered, which the spa says is used to relieve pain, promote relaxation and ease inflammation; the spa also states that evidence supports cupping for chronic neck pain, low back pain and fibromyalgia.

The facial menu ranges from a 25-minute refreshing facial without extraction ($75) to hour-long options. Ruby's Signature Facial is a hydrating facial with a customized mask. The Clarifying Facial is a deep cleansing treatment with extractions designed for acne-prone skin. The Renewal Facial includes skin analysis, cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, a customized mask, and face and decollete massage. The Hydrolifting Facial is a clinical hour-long facial in four steps to cleanse, hydrate and firm the skin. A classic facial adapted for men eases razor irritation and maintains hydration. Other options include a brightening chemical peel using TCA, glycolic and lactic acid, a dark spot treatment using an herbal cream, microdermabrasion with a hand-held device, LED light therapy (15 minutes, $30, no ultraviolet light) and an eye treatment add-on aimed at puffiness, dark circles and expression lines.

Body sculpting services are all described as non-invasive or without incisions or injections and include Body Radio Frequency, Radio Frequency Facial, Ultrasonic Cavitation, Vacuum BBL, Madero Therapy, Endermologie (Fat Blaster) for cellulite reduction and HI-EMT Sculpt, which uses high-intensity electromagnetic muscle contractions. The spa reports studies showing about 18 percent increase in abdominal muscle thickness and about 21 percent reduction in abdominal subcutaneous fat after HI-EMT treatments. The spa describes Madero Therapy as all natural and says it can contour the body, loosen tight muscles and break down cellulite. According to the site, Endermologie is not recommended for pregnant women or people with a history of cancer or thrombophlebitis.

Visits are by appointment, open 10:00 am to 8:00 pm seven days a week. Clients are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes early; arriving more than 10 minutes late may shorten or reschedule the appointment. New clients complete an intake form. Cancellations and changes need 24 hours notice, and spa packages need 48 hours notice; same-day cancellations, no-shows and late arrivals that leave too little time are charged in full. Payment is made in person by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or personal check, and a credit card guarantee may be required for some services. Gratuity is not included in listed prices. Junior guests under 18 need written parental or guardian consent and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Gift certificates are valid for one year and can be transferred to another person.
