Massage is customized to each client's needs. First-time clients, or anyone who wants a different therapist, can call the studio and staff will suggest several therapists based on needs and preferences. The studio says its massage therapists meet its hiring standards, are licensed and keep up with continuing education. Massage types vary by location: Oracle offers Swedish, hot stone, deep tissue, prenatal and aromatherapy massage, Wilmot offers light pressure, deep tissue, trigger point, sports and stress massage along with reiki, and Sahuarita focuses on Swedish, deep tissue and prenatal work.

Facials use Eminence organic skin care, a line from Hungary founded in 1958. The studio lists a range of options from a 20-minute mini facial to 80-minute microdermabrasion, dermaplane and Exhilarate facials, with a peel available as an add-on. Three Eminence facials are described as addressing aging, hyperpigmentation and dry skin. Spa Solai also offers spa facials along with manicures and pedicures.

Booking is online, seven days a week. Staff reply by email or phone within an hour during business hours, and a reservation is only saved once prepayment is complete. Same-day and weekend appointments need a call to the location. The Oracle studio accepts walk-ins, Rita Ranch and Wilmot accept walk-ins as well as appointments, and Oro Valley accepts walk-ins though appointments are recommended, especially on weekends. The Oro Valley page reports an average rating of 4.5 from 131 reviews.

Before an appointment, clients are asked not to shave for about two and a half weeks, and hair should be around a quarter inch long (facial hair is handled differently). Clients should not moisturize legs or arms beforehand, should avoid hot baths or tubs before and after, and cannot be waxed on sunburned or irritated skin or while using certain medications or exfoliating products on the area.

Pricing has loyalty and non-loyalty tiers for massage, facial and package services, so the same service can be listed at two prices. Memberships with no commitment are available through a Join Today sign-up, which also gives access to discounted services. Gift cards can be bought online.
