New clients can start with a consultation to talk through their needs and plan a course of treatment. The homepage lists the initial consultation as free. Consultation paperwork can be downloaded and completed before the appointment, and clients are asked to leave about 1/8 to 1/4 inch of stubble before that first visit.

All visits are by appointment only. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled start time, and shorter notice is charged at the appointment fee. Office hours are Monday and Tuesday 8:00 to 3:00, Wednesday 8:00 to 5:30, Thursday 8:00 to 6:00, Friday 8:00 to 4:00, and every other Saturday 9:00 to 4:00.
