About

RTB Spa is a massage and body contouring business in West Houston, in suite 285 at 14511 Old Katy Road. The spa offers Swedish and focused relief massage, warm stone and cupping sessions, scratch-style bodywork, manual lymphatic drainage, and face, scalp and jaw work. Body contouring and mind-body sessions are also on the menu. Services are by appointment, with hours from 10 am to 7 pm on weekdays and 10 am to 4 pm on Saturdays; the spa is closed Sundays.

The spa is owned by Stephanie Alvarenga, a licensed massage therapist. The business describes its approach as calm, covering massage, bodywork, mind-body wellness and non-invasive sculpting. Swedish massage comes in 60, 90 and 120 minute sessions, and each length lists its hands-on time, so guests know what to expect. Add-ons such as aromatherapy, warm stones or a scalp massage can be added to Swedish massage.

Post-operative lymphatic drainage is offered for recovery after procedures such as liposuction, tummy tuck, Brazilian butt lift and breast surgery. It is a light, rhythmic technique rather than deep tissue work, and it is described as complementary to a surgeon's care, not a replacement for it. Surgeon clearance is strongly recommended, especially in the early weeks. An Initial Post-Op Lymphatic Drainage visit, a 90-minute intake and procedure review, is required before any package or membership. Packages are planned by recovery stage, and sessions are self-pay, with financing available.

Body contouring uses cavitation, radio frequency, LED laser lipo, BEMS muscle stimulation and a red light canopy, with a consultation recommended before choosing a Sculpt package. Sculpt packages come in 6, 10, 15 or 20 sessions and include progress photos, measurements and session notes; the 15 and 20 session packages include a bonus of four ampoules listed at $100. The business says results vary by person and depend on factors such as hydration, movement and aftercare. Body contouring is described as wellness sculpting, not a medical or weight-loss treatment, and is not recommended during pregnancy, recent postpartum, or for people with a pacemaker or certain implanted devices.

Face, scalp and jaw sessions are massage-based bodywork and do not diagnose or treat dental, medical or TMJ conditions. Buccal and jaw work uses single-use nitrile gloves for intraoral massage. Mind-body services include guided meditation massage, somatic grounding, healing touch reset, coaching in person or online, and personalized recordings. Coaching is for personal wellness support and education, not a substitute for medical care or mental health therapy. New clients receive 20% off their first eligible service, which cannot be combined with other offers.

The spa takes a calm approach to massage, mind-body wellness and non-invasive sculpting. Sessions are meant to ease tension and support a sense of balance and body awareness.

Calm and supportive, with the aim of bringing physical relief and mental relaxation together.
