Cutting and styling cover women's cuts, curly cuts and razor cuts, men's scissor and clipper cuts with a beard trim and style if wanted, and kids' cuts for ages 5 to 11, plus fringe trims. Shampoo with style and shampoo blow-dry with a choice of flat iron or curl are also offered. Most services include a complimentary blowout, though add-on services are not included.

Color work includes base color, single-process root color, all-over color, glosses and toners for unwanted tones or brassiness, and several highlighting methods: partial and full highlights, BabyLights, TeasyLight, balayage, face frame highlights and ombre. Corrective and vivid color are priced per unit. A gloss is recommended with a face frame, and balayage is described as a natural, lived-in effect.

QOAT Color-Lock topcoat is applied at the shampoo bowl and must be booked with a color service. A charcoal cleanse is used before color to remove metals, chlorine and hard-water minerals. Bond RX or Bond Builder is mixed into the color formula, and there are keratin and repair options including K-18, Kérastase Fusio and KeraTriplex. Specialty offerings include Brazilian Blowout, a men's or boys' perm for added movement at the top, and a private concierge service, for which the salon asks clients to get in touch for pricing.

Appointments can be booked online through the salon's Glossgenius page, or by calling or texting the salon. Service sales are final and refunds are not given, but the salon offers adjustments within two weeks of the service date. One cancellation within 24 hours is free as a courtesy, while repeated short-notice cancellations are charged 50 percent of the scheduled service. Each client gets one complimentary no-show, after which the full service amount is charged. The salon says it stands behind its work.

Roberto Rodriguez takes time to learn what each guest needs and blends current trends with what suits the individual, with the view that hair should reflect the person wearing it.
