Each of the five facials runs 75 minutes. The Hydrating Facial covers cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, a custom masque, a shoulder and neck massage and skincare recommendations. The Anti-Aging Facial uses peptides, antioxidants, stem cells and botanical ingredients. The Detox Facial combines purifying ingredients with oxygenation and is aimed at acne-prone, congested or oily skin. The Brightening Facial is built around Vitamin C. The Back Facial treats the back with cleansing, exfoliation, extractions when needed, a custom mask, a massage using Ice Globes and hydrating finishing products. Ice Globes are included with every signature facial.

Chemical peels use lactic, glycolic, salicylic and mandelic acids, and each one is customized to skin type, concerns and tolerance, with beginner-friendly options available. A consultation is required before a peel. Korean Lash Lift + Color takes 120 minutes, with results typically lasting four to six weeks. Clients should arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup.

Facial deposits are $30 for the Hydrating and Back Facials and $39 for the Anti-Aging, Detox and Brightening Facials. The lash service requires a $30 deposit. Cancellations or rescheduling need at least 24 hours' notice, and cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment or no-shows incur a fee of 30% of the service. A valid card on file secures all bookings. A buy-now, pay-later option is offered for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
