The salon describes itself as a go-to for blowouts and extensions, and says its extensions are fast, damage-free, weightless and comfortable.
The menu is organized into two groups, Blowouts and Hair Extensions. Blowouts include a short refresh, a standard signature blowout, blowouts paired with a braid or ponytail, up-dos and a bridal trial for two to three looks with the master stylist. Blowout packages are available with or without extensions in bundles of three, five or ten. Extension services cover clip-ins, ponytail extensions, tinsel hair, tape and keratin applications, hand-tied extensions, and maintenance such as trims, adjustments, replacements and removal.
Before booking extensions, clients can take a free 20-minute consultation with the master stylist to talk through which extensions suit them, including a free color match. This consultation can also be done by FaceTime. A complimentary 10-minute color match with an extensions specialist is also offered, and existing clients can have their extensions checked at no charge during a 20-minute Gorgeous Check-In.
Tape and keratin extensions should not be washed for 48 to 72 hours after application, while clip-ins are not affected. Because of natural hair growth, tape extensions are to be rebooked about every 8 weeks and keratin bonds about every 3 months. Aftercare advice includes using a sulfate-free and PABA-free shampoo at the roots where extensions are applied and avoiding heat near the bonds.
Appointments can be booked online through the Book Now option or changed by phone. Cancelling within 24 hours of an appointment carries a $100 fee for extension services and a $25 fee for other services. A no-show or no-call is charged the full price of the appointment, and for groups of three or more the full group price is charged. Newsletter sign-up offers 10% off a first service or product.
The salon states that its extensions have been worn by several well-known public figures and that it has been featured in publications including Vogue, Allure, Cosmo, People and InStyle. It also states that its clip-in ponytail and clip-in extensions received a best clip-in extensions award from several magazines, and that according to the salon its InStyle award was given in 2024. These are the salon's own claims.
The salon describes its method as quick, with extensions it calls fast, damage-free, weightless and comfortable, and it builds each extension service around a consultation and a color match.
