Every lash appointment begins with an in-person consultation so the stylist can assess what the client needs, and free consultations are available for anyone unsure which service to book. Full sets come in three styles: a classic set at a one-to-one ratio with natural lashes, a semi volume set and a full volume set. Classic sets are usually refilled every two to three weeks, while the volume sets are suggested every two weeks. A separate Lash Lift n Tint service uses a keratin treatment and gives a lifted look that lasts roughly five to seven weeks without leave-on chemicals or extensions. The business states that keratin raises lash thickness by an average of 24 percent over three sessions.

Piercing prices include starter jewelry, which is implant grade titanium, and clients choose the service whose description matches the piercing they want. Ear cartilage bookings include a note on the specific placement. Upgraded jewelry is available, and the online shop lists 56 pieces priced from $15 to $60.
