Cancellations need 24 hours' notice; later cancellations carry a non-refundable $20 fee on weekdays or $40 on weekends, and a no-call, no-show carries a non-refundable $40 fee. Hair and makeup services fall under a separate contract, so clients are asked to call ahead for those.
