Massage choices range from a 60 or 90 minute Relaxation Massage, which pairs oil or lotion with rolling, kneading and percussion strokes, to a 60 minute deep tissue style called Therapeutic Massage. Pregnancy massage is offered in 60 and 90 minute sessions. NYSHIP Medical Massage is aimed at pain relief, mobility and recovery from injuries or long-term conditions, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage is also available, which the business says may help with swelling and fluid retention and can support post-operative recovery when appropriate.

Facials run from a 30 minute Express Facial, a mini treatment with cleansing, steam, exfoliation and a moisturizer with SPF, to a 60 minute Custom Facial with double cleansing, enzyme exfoliation, extractions, a mask chosen for skin type, and a neck, shoulder and scalp massage. The booking site also lists a 60 minute Teen Facial with LED and a 30 minute Scalp Massage.

Clients can combine a therapeutic massage with a custom facial in the 120 minute Signature Massage and Facial Duo.
