Many services begin by easing tension and relaxing the muscles before moving into cleansing, exfoliation, masks or massage. Options run from a one-hour organic facial to a 1.5-hour Korean-inspired facial that uses a lifting machine, and a one-hour facial is available for men.

Non-surgical lifting is a major focus. TAMA Microcurrent is presented as a non-surgical alternative to facial cosmetic surgery and Botox, and the business says visible results are evident after a single pain-free treatment. LED Lightwave therapy uses red, blue and infrared light and is offered for anti-aging, wrinkles, scars and acne, and the two can be combined in a 2-hour session.

Packages suit clients who plan repeat visits: a series of four hydrating organic facials for $300, a series of ten LED sessions for $600, and a series of eight microcurrent lifting sessions for $960. A free 30-minute consultation helps clients choose a treatment, and new clients receive 20% off their first visit. Clients out of town can take a 45-minute virtual training on gua sha and reflexology for $80.

Booking in advance is encouraged, and same-day appointments are accepted based on availability. Cancelling or rescheduling requires 24 hours' notice, and later cancellations are charged 50% of the scheduled service fee. Unopened products in original packaging can be returned for a full refund within 14 days. The online shop sells skincare products and tools, and gift certificates are available.
