The menu covers chemical services such as virgin relaxers with a shampoo and style at $208, relaxer touch-ups with a haircut and style at $248, and a perimeter relaxer add-on at $40. Semi-permanent rinses in black or brown are available as an add-on for $45. Color services include Color Pop treatments for short hair at $85 and long hair at $125, and full head color at $145, with styling billed separately. Installation and replacement services include quick weaves, Precision Pixie installations, Signature Partial installations, added tracks, and custom lace systems. Clients provide their own hair for extension services. Hair treatments include a Multiplex protein treatment, a hydration steam treatment, a HeadSpa experience and a scalp detox treatment, which cannot be combined with chemical services.
Visits follow a few house rules. A non-refundable deposit is taken at booking to hold the appointment. Arriving 15 minutes late carries a $25 late fee, and arriving 20 minutes late cancels the appointment with a $25 late fee. Cancelling with less than 24 hours notice keeps the deposit and charges the difference up to 50% of the service price. Children are not allowed, and servicing begins at age 16. Guests and family members are not allowed during service, and headphones or earplugs are required for calls, videos and music. Payment is taken by card on file after service, or by cash or Zelle. Concerns about style or service should be raised before leaving, since refunds are not processed after a client has left.
