Pedicures are the most detailed part of the menu. A classic pedicure includes nail shaping, cuticle cleaning, a sugar scrub, massage, a hot towel and polish, and takes about 25 to 35 minutes. A spa pedicure adds callus removal, heel care, an oil and cream massage and a hot stone massage. The deluxe version adds a purifying mask, a hot towel wrap and an essential oil massage, and runs roughly 45 to 55 minutes. The Volcano Luxury Pedicure begins with a fizzing volcano soak and adds sugar glow exfoliation, a mask, paraffin wax and hot stone massage. The Special Jelly Spa Pedicure takes 55 to 60 minutes and uses a jelly soak that the salon says holds water and, with fragrant oils, moisturizes and softens dry skin.

Clients can name the service they want when they book, or ask for a consultation before anything begins. The salon accepts walk-ins during its opening hours, which are Monday to Friday from 9am to 7:30pm and Saturday from 9am to 5:30pm, and it is closed on Sundays. Gift certificates are available.

According to the salon, instruments go through autoclave sterilization, while nail mats, files and buffers are thrown away after every client. Technicians wear gloves during treatments, and the salon states that its technicians hold licences.

The salon works from a service menu with set prices and durations, lets clients talk through their choice before a service starts, and uses single-use materials alongside autoclave-sterilized tools.
