The menu is grouped into manicures, pedicures, nail services, combo packages, kids' services, face and body waxing, and eyebrow and lip work. Manicures run from a $10 polish change to a $52 deluxe gel manicure, and pedicures from a $12 toe polish change to an $88 signature golden special. Combo packages that pair a pedicure and manicure range from $45 to $105. The salon describes its services as premium.

Eyebrow microblading and lip blushing are booked by appointment and begin with a consultation to match shape and color to the client's face. Eyebrow microblading is listed at $400 to $600, with touch-ups at $150 to $250. Permanent lip blushing is listed at $300 to $500, with touch-ups at $100 to $200. Touch-up sessions are included in the first visit plan.

Two membership plans renew monthly until cancelled. Crown Club is $49 a month and includes one gel manicure or one spa pedicure each month, plus 10% off other nail services and priority booking. Royal Crown is $99 a month and includes one gel or dip manicure and one spa pedicure each month, 15% off other nail services, free accent nail art, a birthday upgrade and priority booking. Royal Rewards points are earned on services, and members can redeem 100 points for $5 off a service.

Online booking is available without a payment due at the time of booking, and a confirmation email follows. Walk-ins are accepted when a technician is free; booked appointments keep their time. Group bookings for bridal parties, birthday celebrations, girls' nights out, baby showers and team outings can reserve seats next to one another through the booking form, and custom packages can be requested. Veterans, first responders and clients celebrating their birthday month are eligible for discounts on services.

The salon uses sanitized, single-use tools and opens fresh tools for each service.
