Roxie Salon Suites offers 30 private studios for rent in a space of roughly 6,500 square feet in Upland. Each studio is a self-contained room that a renter can customize to suit their own work.
Renters get styling stations with ergonomic chairs and separate shampoo bowls, along with two lounge areas where their clients can wait or relax. Laundry facilities and free Wi-Fi are available on site.
The building is open around the clock, with 24/7 salon access and a security system running at all hours. All utilities are included in the rent apart from phone and cable.
The business describes itself as giving renters more independence than a traditional salon, since each professional runs their own studio. Renters can also take discounted education on marketing and client growth through a partnership with The Salon Hub.
Anyone interested can arrange a private tour of the space, which is free and comes with no obligation to rent.
Each renter operates an independent studio with room to set up the space as they wish.
