Facials range from a customized facial and a Glass Skin Facial to versions designed for men, expectant and new mothers, and the back. Chemical peels include a standard peel and the SWiCH Treatment, which the studio offers to clients age 37 and older. ProCell Microchanneling uses the MD version of ProCell with a numbing cream and growth factor serums, and it is also sold as a package of three sessions. ProCell Hair Restoration is a scalp treatment for thinning hair that begins with a consultation to determine whether a client is a candidate.
Clients can book online or by messaging the studio on Instagram, and a complimentary virtual consultation is offered before a first visit. Reschedules need at least 24 hours notice. Before a treatment, clients are asked to arrive with a clean face and to avoid retinol, exfoliating acids and direct sun for 48 hours. After a facial or microchanneling, makeup, workouts and sun are best avoided that day. Most facials involve no downtime, while ProCell and chemical peels may leave mild redness for about 24 hours. The studio recommends a facial every four to six weeks because of Miami's humidity and sun exposure. Gift cards can be used toward facials, advanced treatments or skincare products.
