Bridal and special-event work is a focus. Bride updos and bride trials need a pre-consultation, and bride services also require a bridal contract and a 50% deposit before booking. A trial is recommended two to three months before the event and covers one hairstyle, with extra looks available for an added cost. Bride services can be done in the suite or on location.

Every new client starts with a free 15-minute consultation covering hair history and goals, which is required before any service. The stylist can travel to the client or clients can come to the in-suite salon. Travel fees vary by location and a mileage fee is added automatically when travelling. Appointments are offered on Saturdays from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

The menu covers customized haircuts, wash and blow dries with hot tool styling, several color services including highlights, babylights, balayage, foilyage and gloss refreshes, extensions, and updos for weddings and events. Hair that is thicker or longer than average costs extra for blow dries and updos, and updos are done on clean, dry hair.
