The menu is organized into add-ons, brows, color, hair, treatments and updos. Color work includes glazes, root smudges, base color for roots and between foils, and highlight services ranging from face-frame foils to full-head balayage-effect highlights, many paired with a cut or blowout. Hair services include women's and men's cuts, a children's haircut, blowouts with optional curls or waves, and a Brazilian blowout. Individual service prices run from $20 for add-on time to $250 for a Brazilian blowout, and many color services are listed with starting prices.

Treatments are used to hydrate and strengthen hair. A deep conditioning treatment is warmed under a processing dryer for 15 to 20 minutes and can be added to any service, while an express version takes 10 to 15 minutes. Updos cover bridal trials, bridesmaid, prom and homecoming styles, and the bride's own updo, with trial pricing available on request for bridal styling.

The studio is open Tuesday from 12 PM to 8 PM, Wednesday from 12 PM to 6 PM, Thursday from 12 PM to 8 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 2 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 1:30 PM. It is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Card payment is accepted. Clients are asked to give at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, and cancellations inside that window carry a fee of 25 to 75 percent of the service, with a full charge for a no-call, no-show.
