On the brow side, clients can choose tinting, waxing, a combined wax and tint, brow lamination or brow lamination with tint. Brow lamination reshapes and smooths the brow hairs for a sleeker, neater and fuller look, and it includes a cleanup.
Lash work includes upper or lower tinting, a combined upper and lower tint, lash removal and the Korean lash lift. The lash lift is a semi-permanent treatment that curls natural lashes from the root and typically lasts 6 to 8 weeks. Lash extensions are customized: a full set begins with an eye analysis and takes 2 to 3 hours, and new clients receive a free first aftercare kit with a full set. Fills are scheduled by how the extensions are holding up: a mini fill is for 7 to 10 days after the last visit, a standard fill for 2 to 3 weeks or when about half the coverage remains, and an extended fill is needed after 21 days or once retention drops below 50%. A 15-minute patch test checks the adhesive on natural lashes before a full set and is priced at $0, booked 24 to 48 hours ahead.
Model services are available for lash extensions at $100 (2 to 3 hours) and brow lamination at $55. Both require a card on file and consent to photos, videos and filming. The Dermaflash add-on ($30, 15 minutes) removes dead skin and peach fuzz and includes a basic cleanse, serum and moisturizer. Chin and lip waxing are also offered.
Booking requires a $20 deposit that is applied to the total bill, and deposits and final payments are non-refundable. Canceling without rescheduling forfeits the deposit, though it can move to a rescheduled appointment made within a few days of the original. Canceling within 24 hours costs 50% of the appointment, and a no-show is charged in full and results in a ban from booking. Arriving 5 minutes late shortens lash appointments, and arriving 15 minutes late cancels the appointment. The remaining balance is due on the day of the visit. Some services carry smaller or different deposits: $5 to $10 for Dermaflash, chin wax and lip wax, and $10 for lash removal and brow wax. Payment is accepted by card, Zelle, Venmo and cash, though no change is kept for cash. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment.
