Services are grouped into brows, facials, lashes, waxing, packages and policies. Brow appointments range from a maintenance visit, suggested four to six weeks after a wax, to a 45-minute lamination that includes shaping, waxing, lamination and tint. Facials run from a 60-minute steam and massage treatment with no extractions, to a 90-minute renewal facial with extractions and high frequency, and include a peel aimed at congestion, dullness, rough texture and fine lines.

Packages bundle repeat services for a lower total, including three-visit packs for brows, brow waxing with tint, brow lamination, lash lift with tint, and Brazilian waxing. Package credits apply automatically at checkout when booked on the services page. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards are sold in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

A 50% cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. A $10 late fee applies when a client arrives more than 10 minutes late.
