The head spa menu is one of the largest sections. Options are grouped by scalp need, with dry and oily scalp treatments and severe versions of each. Rosepedal Reset is described as a scalp detox and includes a scalp analysis, under-eye pads and a face mask, but no blow out. Pure Relaxation Head Spa is a relaxation-focused visit without intensive scalp correction, and it includes a blow dry and style. Rosepedal K18 Molecular Repair uses the K18 professional haircare system, with shampoo, treatment and a repair hair mask, followed by a blow dry and style.

Several men's services here are bundled so that multiple steps happen in a single appointment. The Rosepedal Treatment covers a haircut, a shave with a hot towel, a black mask, a short facial, waxing of the cheeks and nose, and a hair wash, and takes about 90 minutes. The Men's Full Reset builds a precision cut and hot towel shave around a cheek wax, a mini exfoliating facial, a black mask and a scalp detox.
