The studio is in suite 1 at 2718 North Belt Line Road, inside Salons Elite Sunnyvale. It opens at 9:00 am and is closed the first and third Saturday of each month.

Services are grouped into men's waxing, women's waxing and prepaid packages. Men's options cover ears, eyebrows and nostrils, either singly or combined. Women's services run from small areas such as the lip, chin and nostrils to full face, arms, legs, underarms, back, and bikini and Brazilian waxing, with eyebrow tinting available as an add-on. Bikini and intimate waxing is for clients 18 and older only.

They are prepaid, valid for one year, non-transferable and not refundable. A $10 Saturday premium applies to package appointments that include Brazilian or full bikini. A waxing consultation costs $20 and can be done in person or by phone; it is not a service appointment.

Booking is online only, up to 30 days ahead, or clients can join a waitlist. New clients booking online pay a non-refundable deposit, and reminders arrive by text and email 5 days, 48 hours and 24 hours before. Changes or cancellations after the 24-hour cutoff are charged 50 percent of the service cost, and arrivals more than 5 minutes late may have their appointment canceled.

Works with a hard wax that the studio says is designed for sensitive skin and is gentler and less painful than soft wax, according to the studio.
