Extensions are a central focus, with hand-sewn wefts, tape wefts, fusion (K-tip), individual beaded (I-tip), toppers, V light and combinations of these methods. Color work covers highlights, gray coverage and full color changes. Hair treatments include deep conditioning and Brazilian Blowouts, and special occasion styling covers updos, braids and other formal looks. Airbrush makeup is done with Temptu foundation.

Each visit begins with a free consultation to talk through pricing and what a desired look will need, and listed prices are a starting snapshot since most clients combine several services. Times are booked by appointment and vary by stylist, and the salon is closed on Sundays and most Mondays. Clients are asked to arrive on time with clean, dry hair, including for extensions and special occasion styling, and makeup clients are asked to come without makeup and with clean, moisturized skin. The salon is not kid friendly. Cancellations made 48 hours or more ahead are free; later cancellations may be charged up to the full service price, and late arrivals may bring a cancellation fee.
