The studio takes its name from the first names of the owner's two daughters. The owner describes it as a small business that puts warmth ahead of size.

Every visit is booked by appointment. New clients complete a questionnaire before their first session. Color prices depend on hair length and thickness, so the listed starting prices can change. Appointment times range from about 10 minutes for a wax or a scalp massage to around two hours for a keratin smoothing.

Color is the core of the menu, from hair tinsel and toner through root touch-ups, all-over color, partial and full foil, and creative color.

Beyond the chair, the studio offers themed princess pampering parties at the studio for up to 8 girls at a set price, with extra children added per head, or at a client's home with services brought to them. Yoga is available as personal sessions at home, as group events, and as stress-relief sessions brought to workplaces. Mom and Me French braiding classes can be held at the studio or somewhere else, such as a home, dance studio or scout troop.
