Full sets are fresh applications. If old product is still on the nails, it has to be removed first with a soak off booked as its own appointment, which the business also performs on sets done elsewhere. Fill-ins cover regrowth on nails done two to four weeks earlier, and they are priced from a starting point and take an hour and a half or more. Nail art is priced by complexity, running from simple dots, lines or basic glitter on a few nails, through hand-painting, French tips, chrome, ombre and moderate rhinestones, up to extensive hand-painting, 3D art and detailed full-set designs. Chrome, French tips and ombre or aura finishes can also be added to a manicure.

Lash and brow services are semi-permanent. Lash lifts curl natural lashes from base to tip, lash tints darken them in black or brown, and the two can be combined. Results are listed as lasting six to eight weeks depending on lash growth.
