The menu is organized into groups: pedicure and manicure, acrylic nails, natural nails, SNS nails, add-ons, massage, facial, eyelash service, tint and waxing. Spa pedicure and manicure packages come in six tiers, from a basic service up to the Rose Reflexology Spa option, and several tiers include a choice of scent such as lavender, jasmine, lemon, green tea, vitamin or coconut honey. Treatments use products from SpaLabs.

Hygiene is a stated focus. Tools and electrical instruments are cleaned and disinfected before reuse, buffers and files are single-use, every pedicure is done with liner protection, and staff are trained to follow a sanitization protocol.

Booking and enquiries can be made through the website. Payment is due before services begin, and the salon does not offer deferred payment. Tips go in full to the manicurist and are not pooled, except for parties. Clients are asked to set phones to vibrate and keep calls brief during services. The salon is not responsible for lost or damaged phones or personal belongings. Children under 10 who are not getting a nail service must be supervised in the salon at all times.

Several booking and service rules are worth knowing before an appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be turned away, and the salon can also refuse anyone with a suspected contagious nail or medical condition, or with open wounds where the treatment would be done. If a service doesn't meet expectations, it can be redone when requested within 3 days of the original visit, but refunds aren't issued after the service has been completed. Enhancements, gel polish and dipping powder manicures carry a 7 business day guarantee, which does not cover breakages. Traditional polish services are not guaranteed. Repairs requested after 7 days, or needed for breakages, tears or corner breaks, start at $3 per nail. Gift certificates cannot be refunded or exchanged, and they are handled as cash.

The salon offers a 10% discount for military personnel and a 20% discount on kids' services for children 10 and under.
