This nail salon focuses on dry services that skip soaking. Technicians use heated towels, dry electric-file cuticle care and dry exfoliation in place of hand or foot soaks. A dry e-file cuticle treatment, also known as a Russian manicure, comes with every manicure. According to the salon, its goal is tidy, exact work that puts nail health first. The salon also states that conventional salons may use as much as 270 gallons of water per station each day, which its method is designed to avoid.

Gel and builder options make up much of the menu. Gel polish is Valentino Beauty Pure, and the BIAB builder gel comes from The Gel Bottle Inc. BIAB is usually soaked off only when switching styles or colors, or when there is lifting, damage or old product buildup. Refills are recommended about every 3.5 weeks, and the salon says BIAB can last four or more weeks with proper care. Dazzle Dry is offered as a polish alternative that dries in under five minutes without UV lamps and removes without soaking. The salon describes it as vegan, cruelty-free and non-toxic, and says it was developed by a bio-organic chemist.
