Gel-X nails start with soft gel extensions that wrap the whole nail, fixed in place with gel and hardened under an LED lamp; pricing depends on the length chosen. Head spa services are scalp and hair treatments in three lengths, and hair drying is not included.

Waxing covers the face, underarms, arms, bikini, chest, back and legs, with prices starting at a set amount and rising for larger areas. Kids and teens have their own menu: children age 10 and under receive kids pricing, and ages 11 to 13 receive 15 percent off regular menu services.

Policies are straightforward. Clients are asked to arrive on time or a few minutes early and may be asked to reschedule if they are more than 10 minutes late. Cancellations are requested at least 24 hours ahead. Enhancements and gel manicures are guaranteed for 5 days, with free repair for lost enhancements, chips or lifting in that window. Traditional polish is not guaranteed. Refunds are not given for services performed; instead the service is adjusted or the enhancement is removed. The salon is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings in the salon.

Tools are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected, and single-use items are used wherever possible, including one-time files, buffers and pumice stones, pedicure liners and pipeless jets, with an autoclave on site.
