Every appointment begins with a conversation about the client's hair, daily routine and goals before any cutting starts. Appointments are one-on-one in the private suite rather than on a shared salon floor. New clients are welcome, and the salon serves clients of all ages.
Women's haircuts are priced by length, from short cuts for hair at or above shoulder length through long cuts for hair below the bra strap. A transformation cut is offered for big changes such as going from long to short, and includes time at the start to plan the look together. A pixie maintenance cut is set up for clients who return every four to eight weeks for a shape-up.
Highlights and lowlights are offered at two price levels: $150 for approved models, and a regular rate starting at $250. A free consultation sets the final color price, which depends on hair length and thickness. Model slots are capped each week, so prospective models send a photo of their current hair and another of the shade they're after before booking. Every color visit covers a haircut, a wash, and a finish with blow-out and styling, with toner applied where the color requires it.
