The studio says it wants to be more than a service provider, aiming to earn clients' trust and build relationships that last. New lash and skin clients complete an intake form before their first visit. For lash appointments, clients should arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup, and should avoid caffeine for about four hours beforehand. Booking requires a card on file, which is charged only for a cancellation within 48 hours or a no-show. New client fill bookings carry a $25 non-refundable deposit and full sets carry a $50 one. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged half the service price, and no-shows are charged the full fee. Service refunds are not offered because of the time and product used, and clients with concerns are asked to contact the studio directly.

The lash menu runs from tints and lifts up to full extension sets. Light Sets give a natural look using classic and hybrid lashes, light volumes and a wet lash finish, starting at $150 for about 1 hour 45 minutes. Glam Sets use 5-10D fans per natural lash for a fuller lash line, starting at $255 for about 2 hours. Luxe Sets use thin-diameter lashes with 10-20D fans per natural lash for dramatic fullness, including mega and wispy styles, starting at $280 for about 2.5 hours. Fills are offered in 60, 90 and 120 minute options from $110, $130 and $150, and are typically booked every 2 to 2.5 weeks. Fills require keeping at least 40 percent of the extensions, and a fill from another salon must be booked within 21 days of the last lash appointment. Colored lashes are a $25 add-on, and because they are special order, clients should text the studio beforehand to confirm the color is in stock.

Brow services include microblading, which is a semi-permanent cosmetic tattoo applied with a small handheld blade to create hair-like strokes for a fuller look. Microblading is a two-step process, with a touch-up 6 to 8 weeks after the initial appointment costing $600 for the first session and then $150 to $350 for touch-ups depending on timing. Touch-ups are for existing clients only, and touch-ups after 18 months are priced as a new service. A 30 minute microblading consultation with the brow specialist is offered at no charge. Brow lamination is a semi-permanent treatment that lifts brow hairs upward and includes a quick clean-up, starting at $100, with $50 added for tint. A brow clean-up is $20 and takes 30 minutes. Brow tint and shape is also offered.

Skin services include a custom facial from $130 for 60 minutes, which is tailored to skin needs and includes a double cleanse, exfoliation, a mask and LED treatment. A hydro jelly mask can be added for $25. DMK enzyme treatments use transfer-messenger enzymes and start at $200. Microdermabrasion uses a handheld diamond-tip wand to remove surface skin cells, starting at $130, and is listed as suited to uneven tone or texture, acne scars, dullness, melasma, fine lines, clogged pores and blackheads, but not to clients with active breakouts or open wounds. A chemical peel is $125, and dermaplaning uses a sterile blade to remove dead skin and fine vellus hair for $145 over about 1 hour 15 minutes, after a prior facial consultation. A 30 minute skin consultation is offered at no charge. Sugaring uses a paste of lemon, sugar and water that grips the hair and removes it from the root, not the skin. Results are listed as lasting up to 4 to 6 weeks, with regrowth becoming slower and thinner over time. Prices run from $20 for underarms to $85 for full legs, with Brazilian sugaring at $75 and Brazilian maintenance for 4 to 5 week intervals at $55. Clients should exfoliate at least 2 days before sugaring, avoid moisturizer and deodorant on the area, and avoid waxing 2 to 3 days before and 4 weeks after microblading.
