The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM and is closed Sunday and Monday. Appointments can be booked online, by phone, by email or through social media. A card on file is needed to book; it is not charged at booking and is only charged to enforce the cancellation or no-show policy.

Before color work, clients can book a free color consultation of about 15 minutes. Vivid color requires a free consultation of about 15 minutes first, which covers hair goals, current condition, whether more than one session may be needed and the chosen vivid service. Extension clients can book a free extension consultation of about 30 minutes, covering hair examination, color matching, extension type and length, pricing and upkeep.

Policies ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. A $50 cancellation fee may apply to shorter notice and must be paid before booking a future appointment. A non-refundable $75 no-show fee applies when an appointment is missed without notice. There is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals, and later arrivals may have their service adjusted or be rescheduled. Redo requests must be made within one week of the appointment and receive a complimentary adjustment with the stylist or owner. The salon does not offer refunds, credits or discounts toward future appointments. Gift cards are available.
