The manicure menu runs from a classic service with a warm water soak, nail and cuticle trim, buffing, lotion massage and polish, to themed options. The Couture manicure uses a citrus-infused soak, citrus sugar scrub, paraffin and a hot towel wrap. The Rosé All Day, Green Tea Detox, Lavender Mint and Milk Rose manicures each have their own soak, scrub and masque, and several finish with hot stone massage. A kids' manicure and kids' finger polish are open to children 10 and under, and a parent or responsible adult must be present.

Enhancement options include acrylic full sets and fills, builder gel for added strength, length or short extensions, dip powder, and Gel-X soft extensions with pre-shaped tips. Gel polish is also available on its own. Nail repairs are priced by the number of nails fixed, and chipped or lifted acrylic is repaired until the client is satisfied. Changing color, shape or design is charged as a new set.

Booking requires a $10 per service security deposit, which is refunded or applied to services on arrival. Bridal parties and groups of four or more pay the same deposit. Changes or cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and cancellations made inside that window are not refunded. Lash deposits are non-refundable. Clients should arrive about ten minutes early, since late arrivals have their treatment shortened. Allergies, injuries or other medical conditions should be mentioned when booking, and treatments during and after pregnancy are advised individually. A seven-day warranty covers problems not caused by the salon's own service, at no charge. Gift cards can be bought on the website.
