New color clients start with a color consultation, which is $46 with a $45 deposit. Express retouches are for current clients only. Services are listed with approximate durations, such as a full balayage at 330 minutes and a full color at 180 minutes. Partial highlights start at $160, and full highlights start at $210 with gloss included.

Extensions are a major part of the work. New hand-tied installs are booked only after a $46 consultation, which runs 30 minutes and carries a $45 deposit that goes toward the install if extensions proceed. The deposit is refunded if the client decides not to go ahead. Clients who no-show or arrive more than 15 minutes late lose the deposit and must rebook with a new one. Mini add-ons for bump-up and curl are available at 1, 2 or 3 rows. Maintenance every six to eight weeks is priced by row count.

The salon also offers a Rose Luxury Hair Extensions Hand-Tied Certification Class of about five hours, with limited seats and required registration. The class covers consultation, installation, color matching and blending, maintenance, styling, photos, marketing and questions, with a live model demonstration and hands-on practice. Attendees receive a certificate, a 20-color swatch ring, a discount on Rose extension kits and ongoing support. Certification allows the holder to install the method on their own clients only, and does not permit certifying others or teaching it. Class refunds are not given for cancellations within three months of the class date, though tickets can move to the next class in that window.

Wedding services include a free 30-minute wedding consultation where the trial and wedding day are booked, with a deposit to hold the date. Makeup application for special occasions or a night out is $85. Special occasion styling is $75 and includes a wash and blow dry.

The salon uses clean, vegan, ammonia-free, naturally derived hair products and aims to give clients the hair they want in a way that is healthiest for it.
